BACKGORUND 

 

Mie I Am is a photography service provider with experience in the field of food snack photography. We have a team of professional photographers and complete photography equipment to produce high-quality food photos.

 

INDUSTRY OVERVIEW 

 

The culinary industry is growing rapidly, especially with the rise of online food delivery platforms. Food photography is an important element in marketing culinary products. Attractive and appetizing photos can increase consumers' attractiveness and buying interest.

 

 

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY 

 

Mie I Am is a photography company located in SrengsengSawah. We have managed to get standard office facilities in Depok Central Business District. We are a photography company that is ready to compete in the highly competitive photography industry not only in the Indonesian market but also in the global market. 

 

 

Mie I Am comes with professionals who always know what our clients want. We have a team of creative, innovative and highly skilled photographers, a team with excellent qualifications and experience in various specialized fields within the photography industry. 1. Using high quality ingredients in making chicken noodles, such as fresh chicken meat and natural spices. Providing a choice of chicken noodles with a variety of flavors and toppings to meet customer tastes. Provide friendly and fast service to customers.
2. Serving chicken noodles with authentic and consistent taste. Using fresh and quality ingredients in every chicken noodle dish. Provide a comfortable and clean atmosphere for customers. Build good relationships with customers and the surrounding community  
3. To provide chicken noodles at affordable prices without sacrificing taste quality. Provide portions of chicken noodles that are large enough so that customers feel satisfied. Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety. Provide a pleasant dining experience for customers

• THREATS Worried about fraud on social media that resembles the name of the RUN studio, making consumers disappointed and bad for the company :

We focus more on wedding photography which means our target audience is young couples/married couples. However, human daily activity is also our target to reach small entrepreneurs,  also our target to expand the reach of the Mie I Am company.

Our competitive advantage lies in the creative ideas of our team. We have a team of experts in photography, lighting, creative design, and with excellent photo results, as well as having excellent experience in commercial photography, wedding photography, and travel photography. In addition to the creative ideas within us, our services will be measured by our results and professionalism as photographers.

It is an established fact that the future of businesses lies in the number of loyal customers they have, the capacity and competence of their employees, their investment strategies, and the structure of the business. If all these factors are missing from a business then it won't be too long before the business closes shop. 

 

One of our main goals for starting the Mie I am was to build a business that would survive on its own cash flow and get an injection of funds from external sources once the business was up and running. We know that one way to gain approval and win customers is to offer our advertising and related services a bit cheaper than what can be obtained on the market and we are well prepared to stick with lower profit margins for a while.
